Terms and Conditions
These are essential on all tours and will be accepted up to time of departure subject to availability. Accommodation at our key tourist centres is limited during our tourist season and early reservations are recommended. Late reservers may be accommodated at properties other than with the main group.
A deposit of 10% of your tour cost is payable at the time of your reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of your tour. We accept Visa or Mastercard, cash, bank cheque, or bank transfer.
Up to 6 weeks prior to departure forfeit the deposit.
6-4 weeks prior to departure 25% of your tour costs
4-2 weeks prior to departure forfeit 50% of your tour cost
Less than 2 weeks forfeit 100% of your tour cost
We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance.
ITINERARY AND ACCOMMODATION CHANGES
We reserve the right to substitute any hotel for those listed should circumstances necessitate. Should itineraries be altered by weather, transport cancellation or delays, strikes, mechanical breakdown, or other factors beyond our direct control no liability will be accepted by us for any additional costs incurred.
We give notice that all tickets and vouchers are issued by us as agents on the express condition that we shall not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any person or company engaged in conveying the passengers and/or their baggage, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or of any accommodation proprietor or servant. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these conditions. Baggage and personal goods are at owners risk at all times.
Insurance cover for cancellation fees, baggage loss or damage, medical expenses, personal accident etc is not included in your tour cost but should be taken.
If travelling in a country other than your own it is essential to carry a valid passport. Some nationalities will also require a visa. It is your responsibility to ensure that all immigration requirements are fulfilled.
Personal expenses such as laundry, wines, phone calls, meals not specifically shown in the itinerary as included, suggestions for optional tours, visa fees, airport departure taxes, and gratuities.
